Well we've taken the plunge and decided to upgrade. So rather than pay stamp duty to the govt, a knockdown and rebuild on our existing block is the go. After owner building once before we decided to go the with a building company.
After trying to find a house to suit our block we've settled on Porter Davis, specifically the Foxley 29.

Lake Eildon
Well it's a little bit off topic but here is a view from the balcony of our house near Mansfield, looking across Lake Eildon. For those of you that remeber what it was like empty (or Full) here is a nice view
And it's still going up. Might make for another prime Christmas water skiing season
